4. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method.

  • Delivery Estimates: Displayed at checkout. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

  • International Shipping: Customs fees, import duties, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

  • You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Exclusions

  • Personalized products (e.g., custom-printed shirts), underwear, swimwear, and sale items are non-returnable, unless defective.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via your original payment method.
