Return Policy

General Returns

We accept returns for standard, non-customized items within 14 days of delivery. You may choose a refund or store credit.

To start a return, please visit our Return Portal and enter your order number and email address for instructions.
Please note: return shipping costs are not covered by TMRW unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all TMRW tags attached.

  • Items such as underwear, swimwear, facemasks, pierced jewelry, and earbuds cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons — unless faulty.

Customized Products

Items that are custom-made or personalized (e.g. printed T-shirts with customer-submitted designs) cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with Article 10 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
We advise customers to carefully review all customization details before placing an order.
Exceptions only apply if the product is damaged or contains a manufacturing defect.

Exchanges & Refunds

  • Exchanges are possible for eligible items returned in original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds or exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your return.

  • Faulty items caused by misuse or wear-and-tear will not be accepted.

Late or Missing Refunds

Haven’t received your refund yet?

  1. Check your bank account or original payment method.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider — it may take some time to process.

Standard Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged or incorrect, report it to us via the Return Portal within 14 days.
Return shipping costs for faulty items will be covered by TMRW, and you’ll receive either a replacement or full refund.
